Yes, it’s completely flexible. Basically you just need to skip the breakfast or evening meal and ensure that you’ve fasted 16 hours straight.
If your daughter is doing this correctly. As long as you have your 16 hour fasting period, thats what matters.
I always have breakfast which consists of protein to keep me fuller for longer, a smallish lunch and 4pm is the cut-off time until the following day when I eat normally.
